The Board of Directors is the highest decision-making and supervisory unit for the sustainable development of BRIM Biotech, and the Board of Directors regularly listens to proposals related to sustainable development, and supervises the formulation of the company’s management guidelines, strategies and goals on sustainability and ESG-related issues.
Under the structure of Corporate Sustainability, there are four functional groups, namely the “Corporate Governance and Integrity Management Committee”, the “Occupational Industrial Safety and Health Committee”, the “Social Responsibility” and the “Pharmaceutical Affairs Law Compliance”, to carry out various work related to corporate sustainability, communicate with the corresponding stakeholders, collect expectations for the company, and reach consensus through cross-departmental discussions in the meeting, and respond appropriately to stakeholders.
In order to implement the spirit of sustainable management, regular meetings are held to report the annual goals and implementation of each group, which are regularly reviewed, and the board of directors supervises the promotion of sustainable development and discloses them on the company’s website and annual report.
