Principles of Ethical Management

BRIM must adhere to the “Principles of Integrity Management”, and the Integrity Management Committee is composed of representatives from Human Resources Dep., legal Dep., Auditing, and Accounting Dep. jointly to promote integrity management, specifications of anti-corruption, trade secrets as the primary objectives.

Anti-Corruption

  1. Establish the criteria for any procurement-related conduct or its related decision-making employee.
  2. Establish the criteria of punishment appliance for dishonest behavior in any kind of the operation process for identifying integrity risks and ethical management.
  3. Focus on prohibit any form of bribery or any improper financial transactions, insider trading, and money laundering, to implement anti-corruption implementation plan.

Trade Secrets

  1. Strengthen the integrity control appliance for business partners
  2. Emphasize internal and external control, including the confidentiality obligation of employee, and the integrity management of business partners.
