In 2023, BRIM established the “Safety and Health Work Rules” and assigned an occupational safety and health supervisor to manage labor safety and health issues. BRIM also committed to continuously improving safety and health measures to create a safe, healthy, comfortable, and friendly workplace environment.
We have implemented various safety and health education, training, publicity, and drills to effectively enhance employees’ awareness of occupational safety and their ability to adapt, ensuring their safety at work.
Additionally, BRIM actively promotes work-life balance and is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages colleagues to maintain a healthy balance between work and life.
The hybrid management style that merges Taiwanese and American cultures
BRIM has developed an integrated management style, influenced by the American style in the early days and through years of local integration. Our approach is flexible and requires self-discipline. We prioritize efficiency and monitor progress closely. We are performance-oriented and have clear rewards and consequences. We do not emphasize hierarchy and value input from all colleagues. We maintain a human touch and prioritize harmony. We highly empower team members and stress the importance of communication. Human Rights Policy and Gender Equality
At BRIM, we have policies in place to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. We do not discriminate based on race, class, language, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, appearance, disabilities, or any other factors. We also uphold internationally recognized labor rights by prohibiting child labor, forced labor, and employment discrimination. We do not hire anyone under the age of 16 based on our personnel regulations. Additionally, we never tolerate any form of labor exploitation or coercion.
Care for employee well-being:Offer regular health examination, 7 days of sick leave with fully paid, and implement system reminders to prevent overworking and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Diversity and Gender Inclusion:Since its establishment, the company has never hired employees under 16, and there has been no gender discrimination.
Good labor-management relations:Labor-management meetings are held quarterly with no complaints or penalties regarding labor disputes.
Women’s health protection:Provide three days of fully paid menstrual leave and baby bonus, parental leave for raising children, etc.
Encourage gender equality:Since its establishment, most senior managers are women, there is no difference in salary based on gender, and there have been no sexual harassment complaints or illegal assault cases.
